Meet Your Yoga Teacher:
Ashish Almeida

Renowned wellness coach and yoga exponent, dedicated to sharing practical wisdom for happiness, wellbeing, and inner transformation.

An engineer by training, Ashish began his career in the automobile sector before devoting over 20 years to the study of Yoga and Meditation under the guidance of Himalayan Yogi & Master Dr. Bharat Thakur.

He has conducted personal training, group sessions, corporate workshops and retreats across India, Russia, and the United Arab Emirates (U.A.E.)

During this journey, he served as CEO – Middle East for Artistic Yoga, where he successfully led operations across the UAE driving regional growth and expanding brand presence.

He has trained eminent personalities such as Rajeev Chandrashekhar (entrepreneur & politician,BPL group), Kritika Rawat ( Celebrity Radio Jockey Dubai), PNC Menon (founder, Sobha Developers), Shriya Saran, Bhumika Chawla (Bollywood actresses) among others.

He has led workshops with some of the world’s leading corporates and institutions including IBM, Indiatimes, Birla Sun Life, Max Healthcare, SAP Labs, Wizcraft International, and Sandvik
